Error: Drag and Drop in FireFox

Are you talking about WebParts drag/drop with WebPartZones inside UpdatePanels? What is the error message? Can you post a small code sample to reproduce the issue? Thanks.

I am actually using the <atlas:DragOverlayExtender> for a panel. It's actually the SimpleList.aspx file from the samples which I didn't really modify. With Webparts and WebPartZones inside UpdatePanels, I just can't do a drag-and-drop in FireFox like in IE

I'm still confused. You mention DragOverlayExtender, but then you mention WebPartZones inside UpdatePanels. Which scenario is causing the issue?

I also used "DragOverlayExtender" and the following site were made. However, the drug cannot be done in FireFox, though it operates normally in IE.

I can confirm drag drop is not working FF with a dragOverlay.

FWIW I found out that when dragging the item off clientscreen, (drag your mouse to the top of your monitor) release the button, and move your mouse again over the overlay, the overlay will move with your mouse, then click again, the overlay will stay put where you have clicked it.
